CCG has senior Project Managers and Developers experienced in new installations & complex maintenance contracts. Our staff are trained in SAP Maintenance systems including MIMMS systems. From the initial planning stages through to execution and completion we have the necessary expertise to meet your requirement. Our teams adhere to our strict safety policy throughout the contract and keep you fully informed throughout the project.
Fitting and turning
Our fitting and turning staff are heavy industry trained in all applications of hydraulics and pneumatics. Steel rolling mills with intricate Hydraulic controls are just one of the environments our staff have installed and are maintaining.
Boilermaking
CCG Boilermakers are highly skilled in manufacturing, repairing and maintaining all types of fabricated metal products. We can install bracketing, repair vessels or containers and boilers. Whatever your requirement, we can deliver.
Scaffolding
Working at height is one of the major safety hazards confronting most workers in every day life. Scissors and Booms can only do so much and are costly over long periods. This is where our scaffolders are in their element. Whatever the application, we will find a safe and cost effective way to reach “that spot”!
Rigging
Complicated lifts are no problem for our fully trained Rigging staff, each with extensive experience in heavy industry. Sounds easy because we make it look that way!
Pneumatic and hydraulic installations
Hydraulic & Pneumatic equipment installations and maintenance. Our Mechanical staff are heavy industry trained and have vast experience in fault finding in existing plant and new installations of all mechanical systems.
